Summer Evenings

We'll be open 'til 8pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays over the school summer holidays, with reduced admission and free entry for kids after 3.30pm:

Carers

• Carers for our disabled visitors are entitled to free admission (limited to one per disabled person).
• To take advantage of this, please make yourself known to our ticketing staff and they will be more than happy to help.
• You will not need to book a carer ticket when visiting during public opening hours.
• If you are attending out of hours events at Eden then please call the box office for booking details +44 (0)1726 811972

Under 5's

• Under 5's are admitted free during public opening hours
• Please note that this does not apply to special events including concerts and skating

Admission ticket booking information

• When purchasing admission tickets please follow the guidelines with regards to age and ID cards
• You do not need to select a date for your advance admission ticket as day tickets are open dated and do not expire
• If you can't see the tickets you require please call the box office on 01726 811972 for further assistance
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event
• You can choose to receive an e-ticket which will be emailed to you and you print them out from your own computer or you can quote the reference number of your order on arrival
• Or for a £2 postage fee we will post tickets to you
• Each ticket will have a unique bar code which will be scanned on entry
• Tickets should be kept in a safe place and treated as you would any other ticket or cash

Discounted tickets

• If you book your admission ticket online you will receive a special online price
• Walkers and cyclists enjoy a discount off the Standard adult entry charge, and, children with them (under 16 accompanied by an adult) come free - In this case don't purchase online but make yourself known at the pre-paid ticket desk on arrival to receive your discount of the standard ticket price
• If you are planning on using public transport to visit the Eden Project you can purchase combined tickets for your journey. You can purchase a combined bus and Eden discounted admission ticket on any First (Devon and Cornwall) bus or Western Greyhound (W/G) bus. Visit our Directions page for more information
