Travel Trade & group organisers - frequently asked questions

 

This page should provide the answers to all your frequently asked questions:

 

Please note the following:

- Approximate numbers only are needed at the time of booking

- Exact numbers will be taken on the day of your visit which is when full payment is required

- Dedicated group visits coordinator

- Discounted rates for parties of 10+ paying admission

- One free admission per coach for an organiser, tour escort or blue badge guides, plus one complimentary £5 catering voucher if your group numbers 25 or more

- Discounted catering vouchers (pre-ordered and £50 minimum spend applies)

- Guided tours for pre-booked groups (additional cost applies)

- Discounted Guide Books (pre-ordered)

- Dedicated drop off point within a few minutes walk of the Visitors Centre

 

Coach drivers’ benefits

-One free entry per coach and £10 complimentary catering voucher (min 10 paying admission)

-Free coach parking and dedicated drop off point

-Free coach wash

-Free toilet drop

-Coach driver rest room and facilities

 

Coach Park Facilities

-Toilets

-Covered seating area

-Catering outlet open in peak season

 

Arrival and departure

-Your coach will be met by our team who endeavour to board all coaches to welcome visitors to Eden

- Banana Coach Park (drop off point) is only a few minutes walk to Visitor Centre (entrance of the Project)

- If you have any concerns regarding mobility please speak to our stewards on arrival, they will be happy to help

- Departure time will be agreed with the group on arrival, we recommend allowing 30 minutes to return to Banana Coach Park from the Biomes

- Land trains run regularly from the Visitors Centre to the Biomes and back

-The park & ride bus is available at the end of your visit to take the short ride back to Banana Coach Park, look out for the signs when leaving the Visitors Centre

-Eden is a large garden; to make the most of your visit we recommend allowing a minimum of 4½ hours for your visit.
