Great Day Out Project Worker

The Eden Project is looking for an experienced and flexible project worker to support the delivery and coordination of all aspects of the Great Day Out programme on site at Eden and through outreach work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic facilitator who can share a passion for sustainability and social regeneration, and use this to inspire and motivate homeless people, offenders and excluded young people to move forward with their lives. Candidates should have a strong track record in project administration and informal education.

Please note, this is a one year fixed term contract.

Web / Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Web / Graphic Designer to join its expanding Web team. Our website is a fantastic resource and has to be amazing, innovative, exciting and engaging – and reflect the charitable and educational aims of the Eden brand.

The post holder will work alongside our existing Web / Graphic Designer to develop and create new and innovative designs for a new area of the Eden website, using strong design skills to interpret the varied work of the organisation. You will need a design portfolio which demonstrates your graphic design abilities, knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver and experience of designing for the web and, ideally, HTML newsletters.

Skilled Horticulturalist

The Eden Project is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled horticulturist to join our displays team for three days a week. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining plant displays and exhibits on and off site.

You will work to a good horticultural standard and have an excellent eye for detail. All round knowledge of horticulture, plant care and the ability to develop new skills is essential. As part of the Displays Team you will work closely with all teams across the Eden Project site. Our ideal candidate must have a proven creative flair, excellent communication skills, and horticultural experience. PA1 and PA6 would be advantageous.
